Things you should do while staying with us
- Please strictly follow the quarantine rule.
- Please fill out the form. Register the hotel guests by specifying first name, last name, ID card number, province, phone number of contact person in case of emergency.
- Before check-in, please check the room according to the attached checklist. If there is a problem, immediately contact the staff by pressing the number 2 or number 1799 to contact reception of the hotel. Everyone is strictly forbidden to leave the room especially for the HOSPI-TEL guests/patients
- Check your body temperature yourself. Submit the form information to the LINE group every day by 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM with a mercury thermometer, which the staff will send the user manual to the Line group.
- When there are any abnormal or unusual symptoms or things such as fever, coughing, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, no smell, breathlessness, immediately notify the staff via Line or contact the hotel staff by dialing 2 or 1799, contacting the nursing team staff at 0290,0291 to inform the staff with the specified information (family name, room number and your symptom)
- Please keep room clean. Do not damage the property of the hotel (After checking out from the hotel, there will be an officer to inspect the room. If there is any damaged property, the guest will be responsible for this cost.)
- Please wash your hands with soap or alcohol gel every time after coughing, sneezing, before eating and after going to the bathroom
- Please dispose waste according to the method the staff recommends in the red bag provided by the staff. Always tie the bag neatly and place in front of the room. There will be staff collecting around 18:00 hrs.
- Please wash or clean your own clothes which can be dried on the hanging rail in the bathroom. The hotel has already prepared detergent and a basin in your room.
- Upon receiving your room number if there are any problems, you must notify the caregivers/reception. To take reasonable steps (except in the case of damaged equipment), the other room will be assigned to you. This is to ensure that your registration information is accurate and complete on the date of your stay.
- The caretaker (guest or room attendants) will provide 50-70 bottles of drinking water for the 14-day room and less accordingly
- Allow guests to add Line (attachment) to add details, building name, room number in the line name, such as Oh-C-0754, etc.
- Deposits from relatives will be deposited from 8:00-11:00 at designated area (usually with security staff) the hotel will deliver around 12:00 on that day, and if relatives deliver items after 11:00. The items will be delivered around 12:00 noon of the next day.
- How to use the phone inside the building, room number 755, press 0755
- Ordering products and food in the hotel, customers can order on specified time and transfer money before closing the order as announced via a note in the group line. The hotel will deliver the room accordingly. As for HOSPI-TEL patients’ food ordering may not be allowed or strictly monitored.
Things you should NOT do while being quarantine
- Do not leave the room or go outside the designated place. Refrain from meeting others, if necessary, inform the coordinator first or contact the hotel service staffs using the phone in the room by press number 2 or press number 1799 to contact the hotel service staff. If guests are found to have left the room without permission, this will be considered as violation and further measurement needed to be implemented. You will be required to be placed under close supervision under the health department control for your and other people’s safety.
- Please do not spit saliva, sputum, blow your nose on the floor inside and outside hotel room.
- Drinking alcoholic beverages inside the room is strictly prohibited during your quarantine.
- Smoking in the room and in the accommodation, building is strictly prohibited
- For Alternative quarantine guests you may be allowed to come out of the rooms but not meeting around closely with people. Certain distance needed to be kept for everyone’s safety. If relatives or visitors wish to bring the necessary items to be deposited, those things can be carried out by depositing at hotel staff at the deposit point during 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM every day. Staff will bring items to the room around lunch (1 round per day). Refrain from depositing fresh food, fruit, hot food, and alcoholic beverages. It is recommended to eat freshly cooked food from the hotel that will be provided through room service as follows:
Breakfast 7:00 – 8:00
Lunch time 11:00 – 12:00
Dinner time 17:00 – 18:00
- ***Ordering foods or things from outside will is prohibited.
- In the case of your belongings that relatives or friends have deposited, if they arrive and deposit during 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. items will be delivered around lunch time. Items left after 11:00 will be delivered during lunch on next day.
- Weapons, sharp objects, explosive/combustible objects, drugs, cigarettes, tobacco, or alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Fresh cooked food, pickled food, durian is also not allowed in the hotel area/room.
- Food ordering and delivery is allowed in some cases but will be strictly monitored. If necessary, please contact hotel coordinator.
- Sending items between rooms is not allowed. This also includes sending things out of your room to prevent potential spread of COVID 19. Your cooperation during your stay is appreciated.

Internet can be access via your mobile phone or computer. When your device are in range in any of hotel access point (Access point is named after hotel and with floor), connect one of the Wi-Fi that has strongest signal to your phone. Food ordering and room service policy for quarantine guests
- Ordering menu operates everyday 7am.
- How to order and service time
- Via- Line application : Guests can order via Line application anytime during 24 hours. After you pay, Our staff will informs the pick-up service time via line official is Manna Food only.
- Via telephone or whatsapp : Guests can order via phone call during 06:30 am to 19:00 pm. After you pay, Our staff will informs the pick-up round via telephone or whatsapp
- Order pickup and service time
Due to our quarantine policy, we are required to take a thorough step for serving in-room service to our guests. In such instance, in-room service times are limited to twice a day (include but not limited to serving food and delivering deposited belongings) ; noon service time (12:00-13:30) and evening service time (17:00-18:30)
All daily deposited items from relatives for Noon service time will be no later than 13:00 PM. and for evening service time will no later than 18:00 PM
Service time instances
• Today’s order, payment before 11:00 AM, guests will receive today’s deposited items and paid order around noon. (During 12:00-13:00)
• Today’s order, payment before 16:00, guests will receive same day deposited items and paid order in the evening.
• Today’s order, payment after 16:00 PM, guests will receive deposited items around noon next day.
And the admin team would reply to take orders that are paid after 16:00 the next morning at 08:30
After the payment has been transferred, food may not be delivered immediately due to peak working hour or limited delivery due to protection policy for SHA staffs in some situation. However, we will try our best to ensure guests’ satisfaction and safety during your quarantine.
Restaurant team will reconfirm the delivery service time to the guest via Line Manna Food, and/or telephone if needed, if there is no notification of the pickup in any service time. Guest can inquire back via Line immediately.

Payment method
- If you have Thai bank accounts, you can wire transfer for payment directly to SCB account, account name Avana Residence Partnership, account number 117-2-43518-7, Big C Bangna branch
- When Thai bank accounts is unavailable and you would like to place food order in the hotel, you are required to complete and sign CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM at any time by contacting us or when you placed first order. This authorization will remain effect and your order will be charged according until the authorization is cancelled
